Precision engineering & systems integration

Built to stay steady

Calteon designs, builds and integrates the equipment, lines and control systems that factories and process teams run every day. We engineer for the long shift, not the demo.

About Calteon

Engineering that holds up under real load

Calteon is an industrial engineering practice. We work alongside manufacturing, energy and process teams to design new systems, integrate them with the machines already on the floor, and get them running to spec.

Steady is the standard we design to. That means tolerances that account for heat, vibration and the night shift, controls that fail safe, and documentation an operator can actually follow.

We stay close through commissioning and handover, because an integration is only finished when the line runs the way it was promised.

Capabilities

What we engineer

Six core disciplines, delivered as one coordinated package or as the piece your team is missing.

01

Mechanical design

Equipment, frames, guarding and tooling engineered for duty cycle, serviceability and the space you have.

02

Controls & automation

PLC, HMI and drive programming with fail-safe logic and interlocks that keep people and product protected.

03

Systems integration

New equipment tied cleanly into existing lines, networks and data so the floor works as one system.

04

Process engineering

Flow, throughput and cycle-time analysis that turns a bottleneck into a balanced, measurable line.

05

Commissioning

Factory and site acceptance testing, tuning and operator training through to a steady, signed-off start.

06

Reliability & support

Preventive maintenance plans, spares strategy and retrofits that extend the life of what you already own.

How we work

A spec sheet, not a sales deck

Every engagement runs on the same disciplined sequence, documented from the first line to the last.

Phase 01

Scope & survey

We walk the floor, measure what is there and agree the constraints before a single drawing is made.

On site
Phase 02

Design & review

Mechanical and controls design developed in parallel, reviewed with your engineers at defined gates.

Documented
Phase 03

Build & integrate

Fabrication, assembly and wiring tied into existing systems with clear tagging and change control.

Tracked
Phase 04

Commission & hand over

Acceptance testing, tuning, training and a records pack that stays useful long after we leave.

Outcomes

Steady shows up in the numbers

24/7Designed for continuous duty
3Disciplines under one plan
100%Projects documented to handover
0Shortcuts on safety interlocks
The best engineering is the kind nobody has to think about. It just runs, shift after shift.

FAQ

Questions engineers ask first

Yes. Most of our work is integration, not greenfield. We tie new systems into existing lines, controls and networks, and we retrofit older equipment where that is the smarter spend.

That is the point of Calteon. Mechanical, controls and process engineering run under one coordinated plan, so the handoffs that usually cause delays happen inside one team.

Manufacturing, food and beverage, energy and general process operations. If a line has machines, controls and a throughput target, the discipline is the same.

Email us with what you are trying to run and the constraints you already know. We begin with a scope and survey so the first drawing is grounded in what is actually on your floor.
